Tate Construction Company is seeking skilled carpenters who take pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our projects range from high-end residential remodels and additions to exterior renovations and specialty construction work throughout the Albuquerque area.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of residential construction tasks, including framing, drywall, painting, flooring, finish carpentry, concrete, roofing, and general remodeling work
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and fellow crew members
• Ensure work meets company quality standards and safety requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in residential or commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction methods and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work across multiple trades and help wherever needed to keep projects moving
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Basic hand tools required; additional tools are a plus
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
